About Magdalena Reynoso

While working in a Destination Management Company for the last 14 years, I have had the opportunity of doing many tasks related to different areas of a major tour operator (Operations, Sales, Product). I have worked for many years coordinating sales of the different offices in South America, develop new potential markets and maintain strong commercial relationships with our clients. In the last couple of years I have returned to Operations and have been in charge of the group series department. My mayor challenge is to be part of projects that look for sustainable tourism in South American Regions, keep traveling, learning different language and growing professionally in foreign countries.     Objective:Overseeing the operations for the groups department of all offices in South America, ensuring the best customer experience for both traveler and tour operator. Provide product support, contracting and customer service.Tasks:- Oversee operations, allotments, reservations and make sure deadlines are accomplished by the teams in each country.- Oversee communication with clients regarding allotment requests, changes, new departure dates and make sure that answers are sent on time and according to communications standards.- Unify operational criteria for each customer by controlling that procedures for each account is being followed, with the same standards and format in all our offices in South America- Identify the workload and assign work to each member of the team, for the different countries.
