Support Finance Organization planning/ forecasting/ quarter-end processes and activities. Maintain and update various departmental reports including but not limited to workbooks, slide deck presentations and dashboards.Support continuous improvement of existing processes, develop new processes or enhance existing processes where required including maintenance plans, procedural documentation and custom tools for automation. Identify resources that can be utilized to support business operations or improve existing business processes.Support user certifications; obtain documentation necessary for departmental audits.Participate in the planning, testing, and implementation of new projects, systems, products, and regulatory changes.

Creating, updating, and maintaining finacial models and detailed forecasts of thecompany’s future operations.Comparing historical results against budgets and forecasts, and performing varianceanalysis to explain differences in performance and working on financial improvements. Leading the FP&A teams under the umbrella of Business Support.Maintain analytical and reporting models used to support recurring report and analysis needs across multiple stakeholder groups.

Facilitate the preparation, reporting, and analysis of department level annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and monthly estimates.Maintain, reconcile, review, combine, and validate financial data sets and accounts, utilizing financial reports, financial databases, and key financial information.Contribute to the development of budget, forecasting, and analyses to be used for key activities or decision making.Run and analyze financial reports, often from multiple systems; assist in the preparation of management information reports.

Monitor and coordinate project information as it relates to the finances of the organization both before, during, and after bringing projects to completion.Create earnings and revenue reports to identify areas for improvement as well as errors that can be avoided in the future.Oversee project setup completion in the accounts system to ensure seamless financial operations throughout the duration of every project
