I also act as company representative for the claims department by attending mandatory settlement conferences and mediations.

California

I provided loss prevention services to our customers by conducting on-site inspections, mailing detailed reports back to the customers, and following up to ensure that corrections were made. I also provided loss prevention bulletin, safety items, conducted safety meetings, helped set up safety committees, and acted as a general loss prevention resource for customers in California.

Northern California And Nevada

I worked for two years as an office claims adjuster handling Commercial Products and General Liability claims in CA, OR, and WA. I worked for one year as a regional field adjuster in Northern California and Nevada handling Commercial Products and General Liability claims. My duties were to investigate claims, gather legal documents, and negotiate settlements.
