I then started extensively traveling to India to train and become a certified Sivananda yoga teacher and also got trained in Indian and Thai massage, Shiatsu, Reflexology, and Reiki in Kerala, where later I organized detox retreats.I then moved in 2015 to Kuwait on a mission to operate and develop a holistic wellness center and spa and later started organizing corporate workshops on health and wellness.**Today, I am a wellness consultant and a motivational speaker focused on occupational health & well-being, stress management, mindset rewiring, self-development, women empowerment, life/career-emotional balancing.
