Responsibilities:• Configure Network, Software, Domain controller AD, DNS, DHCP.• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.• Monitoring network performance, security, and IT infrastructure.• Azure Active Directory administrator (AAD).• Uses and manages virtualization software such as VMware, VM, and vSphere.• Mail security solutions -Cisco IronPort- & configuration and maintenance of Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).• Upgrading, installing, and configuring application software and computer hardware.• Implements warranty and support activities and escalating problems to vendor.• Administer the ServiceDesk system for IT service management. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. • Monitoring and analyses and provide innovative solutions.• Assist in the organization and inventory of all hardware and software resources.• Systems Security Trend Micro Vision one Administrator.• Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and other Office 365 applications.• Creating and managing system permissions and user accounts• Patch Management using WSUS & SCCM.• Manage the day-to-day operations of systems by monitoring system performance, configuration, maintenance, and repair.

Responsibilities: • Work with Systems Administrator to install and configure new server and technologies.• Conduct regular system maintenance activities, including updates, patches, and security configurations, to prevent technical issues and ensure system stability.• Analyzes and resolves computer hardware, software and network issues, • Troubleshooting and providing technical support to employees.• repairs user workstations.• Reviews user requirements and needs for software and services.• Installation & configuration of computer hardware, software, printers & scanners.• Asset management including hardware and software & Endpoint inventory.• Microsoft 365.
