    As a researcher, I worked with farmer for problem identification, prioritization, programme planning, experiment set up, data collection, analysis, report writing and presentation. Directly related with technology dissemination among the farmers/beneficiaries. I was the Station-In-Charge of Tuber Crops Research Centre, Munshiganj from September 1996 to July 2002 and from July 27, 2007 to June 01, 2011. During this period, I gathered experience on office management, staff/labour management, maintaining linkage between DAE and other national/international organizations, handling financial matters, attended different meeting/seminar on behalf of BARI.I was a PI of the project entitled “Post flood rehabilitation & adaptive research support project, BARI, Munshiganj”. From this project, proper post harvest handling, low cost storage technologies of potato were developed. I worked as a resource speaker in training programme arranged by different GO and GO's. I worked with CARE in the “Potato FFS-LB Project” in Munshiganj area. The activities covered staff management, farmers, site selection for FFS formation, farmers field trial setup, field visit of farmers and cross visit of farmers and staff from other location of the project area, interaction with farmers and other concerned officials (CARE, DAE), organizing TOT, training of staff/officers of other component NGO’s, data analysis, report writing, presentation etc. I have conducted a Radio Programme on “Scientific Methods of Potato Production”, which was broadcasted on 24 December 2000 at 8:30PM in Krishi Bishoyok Karzokrom, Radio Bangladesh, Sher-E-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka-1207. I have successfully completed a project as a PI entitled “Increasing storability of potato in natural condition and income generation through small scale processing of potato”.Presently, I am working as a PI of the project entitled “Piloting for upscaling the technology of potato storage under natural condition”.
