I work as Knowledge Exchange and Commercialisation Officer for the Babraham Institute and bring my knowledge to identify and evaluate new discoveries arising from the Institute’s research. I support inventors with protection and commercialisation of their intellectual property. Previously, I have worked as an Enterprise and IP Officer at St George’s, University of London. After completing a unique MSc in Stem Cells and Regenerative Therapies from King’s College London I created an internship opportunity with King’s Innovation team, I gained experience of patent filing procedures, fundamentals of market research and assessing patentable inventions.I organised a virtual conference with Stem Cell experts at the ‘’Centre for Regenerative Medicine; Aga Khan University Hospital, Pakistan’’, I invited Dr Cathy Prescott and Dr Dusko Ilic, from King’s to share their knowledge on stem cells with scientists in Pakistan.
