-Analyzing consumer buying patterns and predict future trends - Forecasting future purchasing Quantities - Selecting products based on customer needs and fashion trends - Following up on the selected orders and ensuring goods arrival on time - Defining & distributing the received goods on Stores - Reviewing and analyzing goods costing to guarantee pricing is competitive and in correlation with market trends - Analyzing sell thru reports detailing sales, margins and stores’ performance - Reviewing performance indicators such as sales and discount levels regularly - Managing plans for stock levels - Obtaining feedback from customers and tracking slow moving items - Coordinating and working closely with cross- functional teams - Developing & improving relationship with franchisors and Communicating them regularly

- Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order products, goods and supplies- Find the highest quality goods & products possible by reading reviews and performing extensive research- Review inventories and order as required- Consider price, quality, availability, reliability, and technical support when choosing suppliers and merchandise- Choose the suppliers that the company will deal with and maintaining the legal interaction with them- Send the orders to the suppliers- Negotiate suppliers contracts- Place orders, track it and ensure products and goods are received according to deadlines- Manage any SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) that may be in place and managing any Master Agreements between the suppliers and the company- Review deliveries against the orders- Ensure that any invoices are sent to Finance Department for payment- Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents- Maintain the purchasing policy and ensure that all purchases adhere to it- Develop and maintain professional relationships with all suppliers - Liaison with other departments, particularly the Finance Department to track suppliers payments are done on time- Provide support to Head of departments and Store managers to plan and execute all purchasing processes and to know if they have any recommendations for any new product or supplies and their complaints from any purchased product- Budgeting, costing and cost saving after reviewing the management information available
