As part of HR Shared Services team at the Corporate Office of HUBCO, my responsibilities focused around HR service delivery across the company pertaining:- Employee Orientation & On-boarding- Renewals of Contracts & Stakeholder Management (Contractual Staff, Consultants, Finance Trainees, Apprentices, Advance Trainees etc.) - Employee Database Management - Preparation & Issuance of various employee documents (Appointment, Promotion, Salary Increase, Visa, Experience, Employment, Star Awards etc.)- Management of Employee Star Award program (Liaision with all relevant stakeholders involved) - Advise and guide employees on HR Policies and procedures - Management of staff gym membership program (Renewal of membership, invoices, payments, deduction) - Liaison with insurance company for changes (Addition/deletion, salary change etc.) - Management of company HR account for making various group wide announcements and communication- Monthly change data to payroll team for incorporation in the system - Facilitation to plants and subsidiaries on HR Policies and procedures- Facilitate HO and subsidiaries on data needs as and when required
