Throughout this experience, I have worked closely with the import manager, suppliers, and accounting team on a daily basis to ensure the supply of the needed items in a timely manner. I have conducted supplier evaluation, price comparisons, customs and shipping paperwork, inventory control as well as follow-up and tracking shipments. I have constantly reported to higher management. I have started managing and coordinating logistics for Autojo, then scaled to managing Global’s logistics as well (sister company).
