*Assisting the Vice President for Sales in preparing the yearly Strategic Dialogue.*Monitoring the support services delivered by the Sales Services Coordinators in the Head Office and Retail Offices to the Sales Agents including: (1)All communications between the Operations Department and Sales Agents in operations activities and customer feedback.(2)All HR services to the Sales Agents.(3)Communication with the Finance Department to arrange the Sales Agents’ commissions.(4)Handling all IT related needs of the Sales Agents.(5)Arranging the Marketing needs for the Sales Agents.*Managing the work processes of the Retail Offices and Branches’ Agency Services to ensure their efficient operations.*Keeping track of any customer payments’ problems and coordinating with the relevant parties including the Compliance Officer to solve problems.*Training and coaching the Agency Services staff.*Participating in the organization and implementation of any business development project related to the Sales as needed.*Evaluate the feasibility of new projects, forecasting costs and contribution to overall performance, and provide recommendations based on the determined business implications. *Coordinate with the various departments and areas to prepare workable schedules with each person involved to ensure timely and adequate subject coverage as required.*Performance Management, Self Development and Employee Development*Appraising the performance of subordinates and providing performance feedback.*Ensuring continuous self-development to keep up to date with the knowledge needed for effective performance. *Keeping up to date with company’s service standards, policies, procedures and authority limits that affect the implementation of responsibilities. *Presenting all periodical reports and statistics to illustrate the Sales Department’s activities and performance.
