Responsibilities: • Support faculty members to use computer software and hardware.• Extend appropriate procedures, respond to queries and document resolution of repetitive issues.• Present on software packages and applications and Respond to queries.• Ensure proper treatment and authorized removal of equipment’s.• Log equipment damage and malfunctions and Capture statistical reporting information.• Offer access to reference manuals and other information to users.

Responsibilities:• Organize and manage the internal events.• Member of social media team .• Preparing presentation for the events to be published on the intranet . • Responsible to receive the needed data and the related information from all business units and prepare them to prepare the distribution.• Handling internal Orange Radio tools on weekly basis by Coordination with guests , follow up with IT department on -activating and deactivating pop up window, creating and activating SMS session in addition to the process of preparing the related report for each episode( both SMSs and E-mails), preparing the unique hits number for all episodes. • Handling all surveys’ requests received from all units and prepare the related reports ,follow up with IT department on this regard. • Preparing presentations for the monthly achievements of the department, in addition to writing down an action plans for some projects

Responsibilities:• Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products• Follow up with sales activities • Set targets for sales and provide support• Scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering presentation to the client, having researched their business and requirements.• plan and organize business strategy to achieve desired results• prepare daily , monthly sales report• collaborate with marketing field , sales , account executive sales clients advocates and management.
