With over 20 years of experience in designing and delivering custom professional development programs tailored to corporate needs, my career is characterized by a deep-seated proficiency in creating impactful learning experiences. I have worked extensively with corporations to develop programs that meet their specific developmental needs and have led both academic and nonacademic open enrollment programs at The American University in Cairo’s School of Business. Organizer of the CXO Forum, a platform for CEOs and C-suite executives to connect, share expertise, and collaborate on common challenges. At AUC, I have taken on various leadership roles, broadening the range of executive education programs, forming international partnerships, and initiating new projects. My experience also extends to being a Youth Development Advocate, managing youth development programs across multiple countries, including Egypt, Sudan, Tunisia, South Africa, Kenya, and Botswana. This role provided invaluable insights and practical experience in steering projects with significant social impact. Global Exposure has been a key aspect of my professional journey, with extensive travel for business and personal purposes, enhancing my understanding of diverse cultures and global business environments. My Doctorate Dissertation focuses on "The Impact of Experiential Learning on Training Effectiveness - A Comparative Study of Corporate Training Programs in Diverse Global Contexts." I hold a Master's in Public Policy and Administration from the AUC School of Global Affairs and Public Policy, where I authored a thesis on the ‘Comparative Analysis of Legal Frameworks Governing NGOs in Egypt with Applications from Global Practices,’ complementing my foundational Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Ain Shams University. I am also an accredited GCologist with the GC Index, with expertise in planning efficient project management, fieldwork operations, business development, and effective team leadership.
