• Receive calls and take customer inquiry.• Make sure that the complaints made are valid and must do whatever i can.• Passing the complaint along to someone else to solve.• Make sure the customer is satisfied when he hangs up the phone

• Receiving customer’s requests via Email or over the phone.• Activate their subscription throughout the system.• Follow up customer’s complaint and be sure that I solve it.
