Recruitment: * Assisted in the process of Job descriptions collection through following up with the leadership team, and ensure it follows the required standards.* Responsible for the job posting process on social media, recruitment websites, and HRDF as per the recruitment plan, recruitment request, job description and job specification.* Responsible for the initial screening and filtering base on the job description and job specification before forwarding it to the hiring manager. * Scheduling and organizing job interviews for candidates and hiring managers.     * Preparing job offers and employment contracts as per the salary structure, experience, qualification, and input from the hiring manager.* Responsible for new employee documentation and following the hiring procedure including the onboarding process such as orientation program.   * Preparing a monthly recruitment report, showing the hiring pipeline, and highlighting potential challenges and any support needed.* Completed the recruitment and hiring of 15 trainees within 30 days period.      Employee Relations:* Processing employee requests for the air ticket and exit re-entries as per entitlements and maintain the history.* Updating and maintaining the employee master data and ensure it is up to date. * Participated in the employee file management standardization. * Handling the company employees leave management through processing all types of leaves and maintaining leave records.* Checking the employees monthly time-sheet.
