Hey. I'm Michelle, the founder of Frequency Movement Alchemy Academy. In addition to my work over the past decade as an experienced facilitator, curriculum designer, yoga teacher-trainer, and mentor in the wellness and health industry; I am also a small business owner, brand developer, and world traveler.I've earned 2,950 hours of Yoga- Alliance registered yoga certifications, as well as a Master's of the Arts from Columbia University in Clinical Psychology. I hold a Bachelor of the Arts in Spanish from The Pennsylvania State University and am fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish.My life's passion is being a nervous system hacker, using modern science and yoga to help others fulfill their potential and lead with inner balance and ease.
