Duties/Responsibilities: • Trade Marketing Supervisor, SES Channel (April, 2013 to Continue)Samsung Mobile Bangladesh(Employment Provided by Searchlite Communications Ltd.)Duties/Responsibilities: • Key responsibilities include providing a key point of contact for Marketing & Sales on in-store customer communication related matters in Dhaka Outer, Mymensing & Sylhet region.• Supervising Samsung Experience Consultant (SEC) team to increase secondary sales of assigned SES channel with Proper merchandising POSM & hygienic of the outlet.• Increase new agent and recommendation Samsung Brand Outlet. • Increase the visibility of company’s products & brands in-store through impactful merchandising units and concepts and in-store advertising.• Advice and closely co-ordinate between corporate activation team in planning customer driven activity.• Strongly monitored the southern Trade Marketing Executive teams by providing market feedback during the market visits in taking corrective measures and decision making. • Supervised WOD placement, SSA Project in Southern region collaboration with sales team.• Provide necessary information to the central team on competitors’ trade activity.• Weekly & monthly reporting on area performance and Analyzing of competitor activities.
