Experienced Software professional with over 14 years of IT exposure across a wide range of roles and responsibilities such as Tester, TeamLead, Scrum Master, Project Manager and Mentor.During my tenure in the software industry, I have learned that a deep understanding of the Project requirements is the key to the successful implementation of any software project. Requirements elicitation and Project scoping are among my key skills.As a tester and team lead, I have successfully completed the implementation and delivery of multiple complex technical projects. Worked extensively to achieve seamless integration of applications with third party vendor machines and APIs.Performed elaborate quality, performance and resiliency testing of software applications with customer satisfaction and application maintainability as key measures of success.In my role as a delivery manager I have been focusing on Project management activities such as Requirements gathering, Project scoping, Development, Testing, Release management, Resource management, E2E project management.As a manager, I believe in leading by example and continuing to actively participate in testing activities, this has helped me to have a personal connection with my team members creating a positive and healthy learning environment for all team members. I have realised that Understanding the goals and aspirations of each team member and allocating appropriate work is an important skill of every people manager and that has been a key area of focus for me in grooming my team members.Helping to Build scalable and performant software applications and mentoring junior members are my core competencies.
