With a PhD in Nanoscience and Technology from PSG Institute of Advanced Studies, I am a postdoctoral research fellow at ASSIST Center, where I apply my passion and expertise in MEMS fabrication to create innovative sensors for diverse applications. I have a strong background in lithography techniques, clean room environments, and solar cell technology, which I acquired during my doctoral and previous research experiences.My current research focuses on integrating data-driven insights and machine learning models with sensor development, to enhance their efficiency, accuracy, and adaptability. I have also developed four pilot-scale machines for advanced micro-patterned, narrow finger width front contact metallization schemes for silicon solar cells, a groundbreaking achievement in the field. Additionally, I have collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to design flexible, low-power MEMS gas sensors with improved surface reactive capabilities, using metal oxides, thin films, and diverse materials. I have published multiple papers and obtained a patent for a self-cleanable coating and a confocal dual-spray coating process. I am driven by the vision of shaping the forefront of sensing technology with the synergy of data and machine learning.
