I have been working as a Sr.Executive under Business Development Department in E-desh.My major responsibilities were-- Ensuring the best relationship with clients through understanding and consulting on the underlying business- Maintaining regular communication to keep the clients aware of the business relationship and set up a meeting as and when needed- Giving the best compliments to the clients by ensuring the best solutions within the resources and policies of the company.- Preparing reports for clients for their business performance and based on other requirements as requested- Weekly and monthly reporting to the management on pending delivery issues as well as overall achievements and performance- Following up Operations team so that the clients can get services within the promised time.Excellence and expertise:-Timeliness in report delivery-Work under pressure within a tight schedule-Regularity in daily performance and follow upI am target-oriented and have solved several recurring and one-off issues in my service tenor.
