Currently I am employed as a Senior Officer in Production(Assembly) department at RBL(Rahimafrooz Batteries Limited), a sister concern of RSPB(Rahimafrooz Storage Power Business).Before that i was Plate Preparation section for a time being.I've just started my career in Rahimafrooz after gaining some experience through ADN Group(previously Tech Valley Networks Limited)I served there as a Jr. Officer in SCM department.Previously I had a wonderful opportunity to complete an internship here. In that duration i grasped an overall basic idea over different operations starting from sourcing to logistics, specially in procurement. Before that i had an industrial attachment in Brothers Furniture Limited. It was a one month training to gather a brief knowledge and relate it with my theoretical concept on various production and operations related courses like line balancing, lean management, 5S, Kaizen, grant chart, VSM. My current job responsibilities includes-#Ensuring scheduled production target through manpower line balancing without any degradation of quality. Maintaining production database in SAP.#Attending any sort of breakdown and communicate with Maintenance section for solving that issue ASAP to prevent bottleneck.#Maintaining continuous communication with planning to prepare manpower for urgent packing schedule and inform present production floor scenario to make any sort of change in schedule.#Communicate with store to maintain uninterrupted scheduled delivery through ensuring necessary arrangements.#Attending TDA(Tear Down Analysis) with Quality section and if any degradation of quality is observed, taking necessary action plans to ensure better quality output through quality circle.#Participation on year long Lean Six Sigma project team, actively coordinating efforts to align with organizational goals, enhance productivity, and increase efficiency by minimizing or eliminating non-value-added activities (NVA).#prepare and revise documents in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards, ensuring thorough documentation to meet the requirements of both internal and external audits
