Responsibilities:-Performing functional test of company’s board and system level products.-Designing ,prototyping and verifying systems for various embedded applications.-Creating and managing documents for active projects.-Interacting with clients and help with the development of customized embedded solutions.- Testing and troubleshooting electronics board failures.-Providing detailed symptom descriptions for failure uncovered during functional test to assist in component level troubleshooting.-Following and improving RMA procedures as par company and vendor policy.-Discussing problems (technical and process) encountered while testing/troubleshooting with supervisor and engineering stuff and recommend solutions to improve work efficiency.-Escalate product and process issues to management and help with problem resolution.-Replacing and fixing hardware components.-Creating technical reports.-Online & physical inventory management
