I am working as a discussion to marketing persons and costumers for about product new development.. Always read the NPD Format and on the basis of this I will form the structure design and layout on CAD..Also make the dummy sample on sample maker. and checked the sample fitment..Also discuss with all other departments heads..We will provide the result on the costumers suggestion and also provide other options which is also a second option for the costumers in products. .NPD handover to prepress department for structure , design and other process and then I will manage all this department process. ( planning , printing , Post press , corrugated . leaflet , RIGID ,QC & QA departments.) . casting & estimation reduction ..New experiment & trials on the Mono carton , rigid box , corrugated carton , blister card ,and leaflet folding .. Fill all the data of the new product and Result of new experiment & trails in the checklist format..
