• Carried out Transformer Installation and Commissioning activities at customer’s places.• Carried out Transformer Testing activities at customer’s places as well as inside factory.• Repair Transformer at site for the minor issues like Oil leak and replacement of oil or Protective devices replacement.• Carried out Oil filling and filtration activities at site during Installation and repair or based on the oil test results.• Carried out oil sampling and testing for BDV, Moisture & DGA.• Investigate and find out the solution based on the troubleshooting records for failure and faulty transformers at customer’s places.• Handling all types of Testing Instruments for Transformer Testing.• Carried out Installation and Testing activities of RTCC and LV Panels at site.• Maintaining the records of all Customer’s Transformer data and its Testing reports etc.• Preparing the Method statements and Risk assessments and get the approval from customers before start the job.• Involving with Transformer Production activities like Winding, CCA, Tank Assembling, Drying process, Vacuum Process, Oil filling, filtration and Testing.• Maintaining a good relationship with every customer for future business.
