In my capacity as Accubits' Global Head of Partnerships & Alliances, I was privileged to play instrumental in directing the business's expansion through strategic partnerships across the globe. I led a committed team and focused on developing key alliances and collaborations that complemented Accubits' overall goals. Developing a thorough partnership strategy and finding and interacting with possible partners to establish win-win partnerships were among my duties. By collaborating closely with teams from various departments such as pre-sales, sales, marketing, and legal, I made sure that partnership agreements were in line with the company's overall strategy. The responsibility required strategic planning, strong leadership, and a comprehensive understanding of global markets. I enjoyed being a key player in fostering cross-functional teamwork around the globe and helping Accubits acquire greater visibility across the globe. I developed relationships that went beyond traditional corporate boundaries throughout my tenure while professionally negotiating the hurdles of international expansion. Accubits' sales and revenue growth boosted by the joint marketing strategies and unique methods put in place under partnership teams direction.

My major role as the Head of the Partnerships & Alliances team at Accubits was to promote development and value for the firm through strategic partnerships and alliances with other organisations. I had the honour of directing a team of four people who were in charge of aggressively seeking technology and strategic partners. We collaborated to create a thorough partnership strategy that was consistent with the company's overall goals and identified suitable partners that may deliver mutual benefit. I also collaborated closely with internal departments such as product development, sales, marketing, and legal to ensure that partnership agreements were in line with the overall strategy and goals of the firm. My team and I found new income prospects, created collaborative marketing strategies, and increased sales through collaboration.

As the Sales Manager and the first sales hire at Accubits, my primary role was to manage the overall sales activities, including sales analysis, sales forecasting, and reporting. This opportunity enabled me to work closely with the executive team, ensuring alignment of sales goals with their vision. In addition to managing sales activities, I played a key role in building a high-performing sales team at Accubits.

Hinged on our basic engineering strength as well as a comprehensive manufacturing facility including production of cast and machined components, high quality sheet metal parts, heavy fabrication, high precision assembly, electrical, electronics and software etc., we are fully capable of taking on the most engineering intensive of tasks and look to the challenges that our customers provide us.

I co-founded an end-to-end web and mobile application development company based in Trivandrum, India and incubated under a well-known group in Kerala and UAE. Our company quickly gained traction, raising over approximately 50K USD within four months of its inception from the group. We also had another arm that focused on business process outsourcing, serving prominent clients such as Cochin International Airport Limited and Jasper Infotech Private Limited (Snapdeal).Unfortunately, despite our early success, we faced unforeseen circumstances that led to the winding up of our operations in early 2016. However, this experience taught us valuable lessons about entrepreneurship, resilience, and innovation. We are now leveraging our learnings to explore new opportunities and make a positive impact in the tech industry.
