 Role Overview - Month end closing of legal entities and internal reporting, including year-end reporting in compliance with company accounting policies Preparation and posting journal entries and accounting corrections/reclassifications to ensure accurate accounting records (including fixed assets) Passing monthly Accruals and Prepayment journal entries and maintaining balance sheet schedules. Preparation of Balance sheet reconciliation and clearance of open items  Recording monthly Payroll Journal entries. Performing monthly revaluation activity and cross checking with manual revaluation to know all transactions are booked correctly. Preparing provision for bad debts on monthly basis.  Prepare monthly analysis of P&L and identify deviation and check with responsible person on change in numbers. Working closely with other units to ensure accruals are accurate and complete Dealing with daily accounting matters, cooperating with Regional Centre, supporting Team Leader Reconciling and confirming intercompany balances within the DNV GL Group Undertake ad-hoc reporting and analysis requested by Global Centre management or Regional Centre Identifying the scope for process improvements and implementing the new process improvement ideas. Leading different internal project in all 4 regions of RTR(Internal Audit) Developing, maintaining, and updating Record to Report related process documentation. Conducting inter team and cross team training session on new updates and common process improvements.  Preparing and implementing training plans for new joiners.

Lead associates-Skillsset : Oracle R12- Intercompany & Balance sheet reconciliation and open items clearance,io invoicing & cash application, accrual journal, query solving, training to new joiners.
