I am someone who is in charge of overseeing all part of the hiring process, including orientation and training new employees with the following responsibilities:• Collaborates with the executive team to understand and implement the company's human resource and talent strategy.• When complicated and sensitive problems and concerns occur, provide help and guidance to HR and management.• Oversees the hiring process, which may involve recruiting, interviewing, and employing qualified job candidates.• Examines salary and benefit trends.• Develops learning and development programs and activities that allow employees to advance internally.• Manages disciplinary hearings, terminations, and investigations for employees.• Maintains current understanding of human resources, talent management, and employment law trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technology.• Assists with additional tasks as needed.
