Identified and organized pertinent meetings for foreign dignitaries and delegations visiting Canada and assisted in the creation and development of various projects. Working alongside management, I am responsible for planning the resources required for each specific trip and ensure that deadlines for each project are met. I also am responsible to assure that each upcoming program runs as smoothly as possible and to do so one key responsibility is to obtain necessary information from clients in a timely manner to ensure accurate segment assignment. An accomplishment that I am extremely proud of during my time at Bridge Canada is that I developed a system to increase cost efficiencies resulting in 40% savings on trips to Toronto. To give an example, through our CAA membership card we could rent cars from Enterprise with a 5% discount and 2 extra drivers can be put under the rental at no extra fee. This alone resulted in savings of 100’s of dollars per program.

My role at HHA Motors can be divided into two separate parts; customer service & administrative work. During the period of my contract, I transformed the previously manual processes relating to vendor/supplier records into an efficient, computerized system. I also was responsible for providing assistance to customers and answering inquiries concerning financing details for vehicles.

As a customer service agent at Avis and Budget my main responsibilities were dealing with customer rentals ensuring the vehicles are well maintained and in good condition for pickup. I also was responsible for communicating with company drivers in order to coordinate customer pickups & if necessary pickup customers myself. Another role I played was ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting them in their queries and complaints.
