Tutored instructional level students and measured improvement, mentored new teachers and facilitated the integration of online tools, and substituted for grades PreK-4.

Pioneered the creation and development of the center, designed and implemented a curriculum for beginners and intermediate level students, elected by colleagues to analyze textbooks choices and advise on the final decision, and integrated technology into the curriculum.

Developed Computer Literacy curriculum, managed the technical part of operating a computer lab, facilitated the incorporation of technology into lessons, served as Accreditation Coordinator and was a member of the accreditation steering committee.
