•Reading of Complete blood count and Bone Marrow aspiration and Biopsy with efficiency in writing reports describing the different findings in an understandable regular manner, good Communication skills necessary when reporting to supervisors, doctors, surgeons, etc. •Research and stay current on all new studies and findings in clinical hematology and educate coworkers on new informations and how to implement it in the lab. Analysis skills needed to perform and publish scientific papers.•Teaching postgraduate MD students using different computer Microsoft office programs (word, excel and power point). Preparing of MD courses and examinations.•Experience in Laboratory and educational quality assurance program aiming to improve our patients’ service as well as educational process.•Continuous medical education by sharing in departmental and institutional scientific meetings, workshops and active participation in conferences.see less
