• Visiting other group Agencies for compliance, training and to implement new programs and policies. • Providing Responsible Service of Wagering – Processing sales, Account transactions and Up-Selling TAB product.• Cash Compliance – Weekly settlement to Head Office, Cash sheet reconciliation.• Updating store display & Customer Information Terminals as per latest operating instructions.• Setting up targets, managing Human Resource and operational cost.

• Preparing individual and company tax returns• Using XERO and MYOB to prepare financial statements and BAS’s as well as preparing consolidated Financial Statement.• Reconciling Bank transactions• Preparing company payslips on XERO and MYOB.• Performing Journal Transactions and handling customer accounts.• Preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, invoices, and other documents.

• Managing complete shift operations for the day including team task allocations, conducing pre-lunch checks and monitoring prep levels.• Cash handling – Banking, Weekly Cash sheet reconciliation. • Ensure that all brand policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines are strictly complied with in the process of discharging duties• Resolving customer queries & concerns regarding products and services offered.• Effectively controlling labour and food cost by reducing wastage.• Staff Management- Recruiting, Training, coordinating staff scheduling & team work to develop and maintain constructive & cooperative working environment.• Preparing reports and other performance analysis documentation• Liaise between the franchisor and the franchisee for updates, promotions and operational guidelines
