Looking after the Coordination work under Chairman of the Company.Coordinate with the Accounts Department for the processing of Bills and Other payments.Preparing Minutes of the Meetings and make proper arrangements of documentation work.Resolving the queries of the brokers and clients before presenting them in front of CHAIRMAN.To consolidate the reports coming from the various departments and present them to the CHAIRMAN of the Company.Coordinates daily conference schedules, grand rounds etc.meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments;dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager;carrying out background research and presenting findings;

• Communication with clients through email and phone.• Communication with bank’s Executives.• Maintaining strong relationship with customers by providing positive result.• Continuous interaction with the clients to ensure improved service levels.• Maintaining &Filing Documentations of customer records.• Filing Application of Customers Cases.
