1.Brand Activities: • To work in close tandem with Brand managers for execution and coordination of BTL activities including design of POS material (through external agency & internal design studio), vendor management, packaging and activations.• Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of POS material, gifts, catalogues and other promotional requisites for exhibition participation and planning across sales branches.• Coordinate for roll out of retail format stores as per the brand guideline.• Development of vendor base for marketing support at BO level & at regional level.• Ideation & execution of new BTL initiatives as per the activity calendar for focused branches. 2.E Commerce & Digital Activities:• Interface for E Commerce portals to facilitate billing, stock movement and accounting as a sales office operation for coordination across branches with E Commerce direct parties.• Maintain and share weekly and monthly MIS reports for Sales numbers in E Commerce, competition tracking on pricing &new products launched.• Work closely with the digital agency to understand and contribute in the Digital Marketing initiatives and maintain an MIS with analytics for the same.3. MIS Activities• Monthly MIS of consumer lighting sales of product & market level and tracking of competitor activities like tracking of schemes and new launches.• MIS at product level for development of Key Indicator document.• MIS for APSP spends across brands and spend tracking for the brand team.
