Promoted to fulfill a broad range of HR functions including Union Avoidance, Green Team Leader, Safety Committee Member and First Responder. I recruited to help expand our production facility into three shifts. Worked with senior management to create HR policies and procedures; develope orientation, training and incentive programs in Safety. Manage leave-of-absence programs and personnel records; administer benefits enrollment and programs; administer HR and Safety budget and handle HR generalist workplace issues. Compiled daily efficiency for our production needs and output by plant.  Played a key role in ensuring proper implementation of programs, policies and training for benefits packages, incentives and new-employee orientation.
