- Coordinated and developed Social Media channels including Twitter, YouTube, and Facebook with the goal of creating a digital network of demographers while disseminating recent publications and news from our researchers and partner institutions.- Collaborated with social scientists around Europe in the application, administration, and research of German- and EU-funded research projects on topics such as the impact of climate change on the family, developing resiliency-focused policies, and understanding migration vulnerabilities.- Additional tasks included leading the project to revamp our email marketing strategy, developing onboarding plans, maintaining the website, developing graphics for social media and other channels of communication, and organizing in-person and online events.

- Co-designed the structure and curriculum of the NYU Berlin Changemaking Lab aimed at supporting younger people in their changemaking efforts along the three pillars of storytelling, conflict management, and what it means to take action in a time of change.- Developed the Lab's style guide, logo, and advertising materials (both digital and print) to visually combine both the global and local perspectives, which are both necessary perspectives for sustainable change.- Researched and wrote texts about the paradigm shift of language in the west following the Second World War with the introduction of a new era of constitutional writing up to today's movements for inclusive language.

– Led project and development of Edi, the Global Equity Bot, a chatbot centered on supporting students from diverse backgrounds abroad by providing identity-specific resources, a path to report bias that goes directly to our office, and a way to connect with trained representatives – Aided in numerous web development initiatives including the revamping diversity resource pages in creating graphics, developing concise language, and rethinking a student-centered format – Focused on the ways new technologies could be implemented to provide a dynamic user experience for students thinking or going to study away

– Wrote curriculum and led weekly seminars to engage students in conversations about identity, activism, and the role of academic activism – Aided in the preparation of travel curriculum to Washington, DC and Berlin, Germany as a basis for discussions about the power of storytelling within cities, museums, and history– Conducted administrative tasks such as the preparation of presentation slides and collecting attendance, as well as mentorship responsibilities through one-on-one meetings with students to discuss their academic and career plans

– Wrote a report on Freedom of Speech on college campuses focusing on the relationship between hate speech and free speech at NYU– Developed BobChat, a chatbot for a new generation of students that provides campus-wide resources and answers common questions to enhance the NYU experience while also providing much-needed data to better support students– Led a project on developing a Student Experience Journey Map to understand what ties the NYU experience together and how the University reacts when students fall between the gaps along this journey

– Co-Founded the Martin Luther King Jr. Fellowship at a school in Kreuzberg, Berlin which provided two fellows the opportunity to work with NYU Berlin for self-development and establish a project concerning a topic of inclusivity and diversity prevalent at their school– Established weekly seminars on race, LGBTQ+ identities, and mental health to promote inclusivity and community for NYU students in Berlin– Led a semester-long project and conversations with staff and students concerning the scope of inclusivity within the very rigidly gendered language that is German, which cumulated in a memo of policy suggestions co-authored by students

– Wrote testimonies on topics such as Ban-The-Box and Drug Rehabilitation to compel legislatures to implement criminal justice reform – Utilized communications skills that included making media contact lists, reaching out to potential news organizations, drafting social media posts, making media toolkits for adjacent organizations, creating infographics, and utilizing other graphic design skills– Worked alongside researchers to present reports focusing on Raise-the-Age policies to remove juveniles from the adult prison system as well as looking at the intersections between the criminal justice system and immigration.

– Researched topics related to the non-profit funding process, the impact of middle-class job growth through furthering the startup ecosystem, and the extent of retail stores across NYC– Interviewed CEOs and founders to get a better understanding of the startup ecosystem in NYC and the tools that the city government has at their disposal to reinforce the job market for NYC residents through startup development– Conducted a data analysis project to evaluate the growth of retail stores and retail giants in all five boroughs of NYC
