 As per API-1104 ,ASME SEC-V, ASME SEC-IX , ASME SEC-II ASME SEC B31.8  Reporting of inspection activities to all project concerned. Testing of pipe lines along with following the safety rules and regulations. To check out defects in welding (SMAW ,GTAW, SAW, MIG TIG, Gas Welding & Electrode Welding)  Document Review like WPS, Procedures etc. Briefing contractors Egg, Supervisors, Technicians, Welders for providing good services to customers. Looking after various erections and welding related. Piping fit up check ,Welding surveillance & weld visual inspection Verification of QAP & other documentation. Inspection of all pipeline activities as per client’s specification. Inspections are carried out at each stage like fit up, welding and weld visual Review of Testing certificates, Internal Inspection Reports. Inspections & witness of Non directive Testing , Like RT, UT, MPT, LPT. Inspections & witness of Hydro Testing Pipe line Activity .

JOB PROFILE AND RESPONSIBLITIES: To carry out third party inspection at site Inspection of welding & process welding. Fit-up check and visual inspection, during welding and after welding.  Which include material check qualification welding equipment? I have reviewed WPS, PQR, WQT, and EQT production testing reviewed. Conducting Procedure Qualification and welder qualification test. Review of final pipe book and mechanical clearance on basis of relevant document before post hydro testing. Using code – API-1104 ,ASME SEC-V, ASME SEC-IX , ASME SEC-II ASME SEC B31.8 To check out the Pre-Hydro testing & Post Hydro testing of under ground pipelines. Reporting of inspection activities to all project concerned. Vendor inspection & Review and verification of documents/reports.  Testing of pipe lines along with following the safety rules and regulations. To check out defects in welding (SAW, MIG TIG, Gas Welding & Electrode Welding)  Document Review like WPS, Procedures etc. Briefing contractors Egg, Supervisors, Technicians, Welders for providing good services to customers. Looking after various erections and welding related. Piping fit up check ,Welding surveillance & weld visual inspection Verification of QAP & other documentation Inspection of all pipeline activities as per client’s specification. Inspections are carried out at each stage like fit up, welding and weld visual Review of Testing certificates, Internal Inspection Reports.
