Reconcile data between VMS and ERP (PeopleSoft). Creating e-Invoices and supporting in GST filling Maintain - and update where relevant - operating manuals and checklists for all billing-related functions and processes. Completely verifying the GST for all vendors and suppliers. Supporting client representatives, cash applications, pbops in process. Answering client and supplier queries on time and resolving their query within SLA. Preparing and reviewing client and supplier GST invoices and making necessary payment files. Reporting and analytical activity including credit/rebill testing for all upgrading testing. Forecasting future revenues with a team. Providing Aging and unbilled details to management on weekly basis. With support, develop and present related training and informational materials to internal and external audiences. Working in process improvement team and WAND PS issue

Provides support and management to our client’s invoices. This includes ensuring the invoices are received and loaded into our Tangoe Expense Management (TEM), allocating charges, producing accruals and AP/AR/GL feeds, and resolving any invoicing / billing issues.Monitors client’s invoices to ensure all expected invoices are received and loaded into Tangoe’s expense management system. Works with our internal team to track, obtain and validate missing/duplicate invoices.Allocate clients charges to appropriate Cost Centers and General Ledger (GL) codes based on client specific rules. Produces accrual reports and AP/GL batches.Obtain and review vendor contracts, customer service records, invoice, and tariffs for all client services to ensure accurate service plans, billing, etc.Work independently to complete all audit activities for client assignments and finalize by writing audit reports to document findings and make recommendations to clients.Familiar with accounting principles (debit vs. credit, cost center and GL basics, accruals) and understanding the entire life cycle management of invoice processing.Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volumes.Strong quantitative abilities with experience in database management, data gathering, and analysis.

Invoice Processing, Indexing, Daily Dash Board and Quality checking.Communicate in a professional and businesslike manner and maintain the highest quality customer service standards and attitude an advocate for the client.Enter customer payments into system on a daily basis. Resolve any invoicing/billing issues with client.Create, maintain, and review customer action items as part of recurring operational status meetings. Produce and deliver required reporting, invoice batching and payments for vendors.Transparency of information to the clients, providing the information to the clients whenever client needs it. Also, help the clients to maintain and enhance the business.
