 Responsible for all Inward and outward activity at store warehouse. Handling Over 75K+ units and approx. 21.cr value Merchandise. Proper management of stocks on floor for Defective & Damage control. To ensure proper in-warding& Out-warding of stocks at warehouse. Follow-up to frontend team for proper availability of stocks on floor. Control over defective, negative inventory & shrinkage. Daily PI of all products (Inventory counting process). To keep WBC (product without barcode issue) zero. Report generation in SAP/Logic. Maintaining SOP registers on daily basis as per the company norms. Monitoring the Stock transfer materials to clear GIT with other warehouse and stores. Preparing discrepancy report of damage/shortage/excess of saleable/non sale goods. Internal audit of all Inwards and Outwards transaction, Stock transfer.  Defective materials management & ensure return to the vendor Timely GRNs of materials in with proper purchase order. Maintaining STO and RTV efficiency of 99% within 48 hrs.  Ensuring all consignment will GRN in 24 Hrs. Ensuring all safety and security procedures and protocols in warehouse. Interaction with E-commerce website for cataloging.  Listing and activating for new launches on E-commerce website  Coordinate with internal and external team to fulfillment of delivery, service request and pickup.  Updating day to day operations like updating stock status, pricing, MRP in Flipkart and Unicommerce website.
