Outlook Password reset, Account lockout issues etc.• Installing, Configuring and troubleshooting windows components like IIS, terminal server, internet explorer, networking etc. • Active Directory Services and NT Users management. Account creation, adding to groups, etc.• Backing up voice logs in call servers.• Providing support to Oracle like Siebel based web applications.
