• Teach General English and IELTS to Adults• Prepare resources for students including lesson plans, classroom activities, practice tests etc.• Evaluate students and make determinations as to overall progress• Administer grades and evaluate tests

• Deliver high-standard IELTS trainings utilizing various teaching techniques• Deliver General English classes to Adults• Prepare resources for students including lesson plans, classroom activities• Continually evaluate students and make determinations as to overall progress• Administer grades and evaluate tests• Attend and participate in the quarterly management meetings

• Establish the Sport Information Centre in cooperation with Senior Manager by learning and considering the needs of Sport Competition Managers and Technical Officials• Oversee the daily operations of Sport Information Centre and provide administrative and operational support to the Technical Officials• Facilitate (12) Sport Information Centre Volunteers to smoothly operate and provide all information requests related to competition schedule, results, start lists, training schedule and transport schedule• Close liaison with and support of Cluster Manager to ensure delivery of high quality service• Deal with enquiries in person and by post, email and phone• Oversee the performance of volunteers in general duties, and increase the service quality by using different tools, such as daily trainings, feedbacks, briefs, de-briefs, performance evaluation, awarding etc.

• Monitor the progress of assigned Athlete Services/Sport functions on volunteer recruitment, scheduling, rostering and training• Manage a small team to assist the Functions in developing their specific workforce training materials for all paid staff, and volunteers• Establish and maintain good working relationships with the Sport Competition, National Olympic Committee Services, Medical & Anti-Doping, European Family Operations and other Sport Operations Team Members and any other internal Baku European Games Operations Committee or external stakeholders• Assist at any Baku European Games Operations Committee sport test events where Sport Specific Volunteers will be present to observe and support• Represent Sport Specific Volunteers at any meetings as required• Assist the Senior Manager in the local community outreach program to source Sport Specific Volunteers

• Greet guests in a professional manner• Serve food and beverage to guests• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
