Quality Engineer
Current• interact with concerned agencies for Product certification and to resolve matters related to the Test Plan for Certification, interpretation of the standard clauses etc.• Communication with client for Information sharing, seeking approvals, Amendments, claims, etc.• In process inspection at vendor ends. • To Maintain control of all drawings and documentations for project including oversight of the management of reports..•Approve incoming materials by confirming as per specification, conducting a visual and measurements test, and returning unacceptable materials.•In process inspection for any quality defects. coordinate with production department to get quality product first piece approved before it taken for bulk production.•To carried out different tests on transformers such as measurements of winding resistance,measurements of insulation resistance, measurements of voltage ratio, verification of vector group, load loss, no load loss & current, separate-source voltage withstand test, induced over voltage test, temperature rise test, pressure test on tank, oil leakage test.• Perform any other non-routine job assigned by concerned supervisor, based on need.• Site visits, as and when required.
