I started my career as a Multimedia Developer to creating interactive e-learning courses using the rapid authoring tools. I have worked on many e-learning courses using various authoring tools like Adobe Flash, Photoshop, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Presenter, Lectora, Adobe Captivate and Articulate Presenter. Over the years, I have developed a wide range of eLearning content for organisations both small and large. Currently, as a Project Manager, I work directly with customers and SMEs to ensure their training needs are solved by CommLab India solutions. All the experience from Project Management, I understand customer training requirements in deep down and give them effective solutions by creating an engaging eLearning program to improve their employees performance.For over 12 years, I have been personally involved in eLearning design and development to create highly effective e-learning modules.I hold an MBA degree in Human Resource from the Osmania University Hyderabad.Specialties: Project Management, eLearning design & Development, Authoring tools, and Team management.I am proactive and constantly upgrade my knowledge through continual learning by reading books and browsing on the net.
