Providing support to inmates:Providing guidance and information about nearby tourist areas and landmarks.Rapid response to any special guest requests (such as room or food requests).4. Coordination with other departments:Collaborate with cleaning, maintenance, and restaurant teams to ensure quality service.Report any problems or malfunctions that may affect guest comfort.5.
