About Maha Mohammad

I’ve always been curious to understand how things work. When I was a child, I loved taking apart my toys just to see the small gears and springs on the inside. I'd spend minutes slowly closing the refridgerator door to see exactly when the light would switch off. By high school, I was heavily involved in all the science related clubs and competitions my school had to offer. This curiosity continued to develop and I obtained my Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Today, I’m taking that curiosity out on the manufacturing floor. As an Industrial Engineer, I investigate how raw material is transformed into everyday products. I'm consistently looking at what is currently done and what advances can be made to capture and improve efficiency gains across the plant. Not to mention, I always get the chance to meet a ton of great people on the manufacturing floor, definitely a perk! I really enjoy what I do, from both sides of the spectrum, technically and socially.Got this far reading? Let’s connect!
