I have more than Nine years of proven experience in the flied of Administration, Project Managementand project Monitoring. Currently I am working at ARC (African Relief Committee – The representative office for Alrahma International Society of Kuwait -) as a Head of , my responsibilities is related both sponsorship and Social care, and Helping poor families to create incomegenerating projects and self-reliance instead of receiving aid, and this is the policy of converting them from the stage of giving to enrichment, I am the head of the unit and deal with all administrative affairs related to the unit from the work plan, implementation and follow-up of projects with work personnel in the branch offices. I also deal with all financial transactions related to the unit, from monitoring the financial donations that come from the Kuwait office, making a plan for distributing the money and following up its disbursement to the beneficiaries - different categories of needy families, orphans, widows, school students, and teachers - through their personal accounts, and then receiving the receipt statements signed by the branch offices in the Somali regions and making a unified report on the disbursement of the money for the period specified time.
