Maharshi, based in the New Delhi office, serves as a Technology Delivery Manager at ZS, where he wears multiple hats. He manages the offshore technology delivery for a mid-sized pharmaceutical client and is part of the Scaled AI practice, focusing on end to end GenAI offerings. He manages a large team of tech experts supporting multiple clients. Maharshi has over 11+ years of experience on ETL, BI, Automation and Gen AI, Process Excellence and People Management. He has hands on experience on two of the major cloud tech i.e., AWS and Azure and is well versed with the multiple services that comes along with it. He has been instrumental in building Gen AI based assets and accelerators for various personas.During his career, he has extensively worked across the Commercial (including Sales, Marketing, MDM), Finance, Business Conduct and Customer Centric Marketing domains for large pharmaceutical companies. He has the right balance of business domain knowledge, as well as technical expertise which has helped in delivering high quality in complex systems.
