- Bryant Wharton (BW) was an insurance brokerage firm specializing in employee benefits (medical, dental, life, LTD, STD, etc.)- Provided HR consulting services to clients, covering all aspects of human resources for companies up to 1,200 employees throughout U.S. Projects included creation of employee handbooks, HR compliance audits/reviews, compensation analysis, training, creation of HR processes, and more.- Served as BW's and its sister company's HR Director- Managed implementation and communications plans for large clients during open enrollment
