I was introduced as Factory Head during a time when there was lot of Workers Agitation, Corruption issues and negative impact on quality & productivity. My Job was just not to handle the workers agitation But to streamline the productivity with Quality which we managed to turnaround in 6 months period. One Big challenge during that period Company was lacking work load as we were dependent only from one customer (Indian Defence sector) for Sheet Metal job and we don’t have enough orders and also customer raised concern on Quality, I took up a challenge, improved the product quality to best SQR for VFJ within One year and convinced Management to do diversification and we started doing Heavy Fabrication work, Special Vehicle manufacturing, bullet proofing and railway bridge manufacturing which made the factory run operational throughout the year, for which I have been applauded by Management as we made a major incline in company profit and introduced new business line.
