- Working as Customer Support Engineer in Cisco HTTS (High Touch Technical Support) and responsible for providing reactive technical support to Cisco's premium customers across the globe i.e. Microsoft, JPMC, BT, HSBC, Optus, RJIL, STC etc- Providing technical support on all Nexus range of switches and UCS Infrastructure- Providing proactive maintenance window support for activities like upgrade, migration, change request- Providing design recommendations to customers- Ensuring Customer satisfaction and achieving the target SLA by working closely with the team and managing escalations- Recreating customer network issue in in-house lab for root cause analysis and fix- Investigating and filing new bugs/enhancement request and helping development engineers to fix the same by providing the relevant details- Mentoring/Training/Escalation support to new hires in the team/other teams- Configuring/Troubleshooting VPC, VPC+, Fabricpath, FC, FCoE, OTV, FEX, QoS etc.- Configuring/Troubleshooting UCS HW/SW issues, Upgrade issues, LAN/SAN connectivity, Service profile and policies etc.- Good knowledge and hands on experience of all routing/switching protocols, Linux, ESXi, vCenter/vSphere concepts

- Instrumental in designing, integrating and configuring data networks which includes allocating IP address schema, configuration of routers, switches, firewall, packetshaper, modems and NMS- Responsible for configuring end to end IP security, failover scenarios, dynamic routing for critical banking customers like NCB, AL RAJHI, RIYADH bank etc.- Coordinating with customers to understand their technical needs to provide better solutions- Coordinating with vendors like ITC, STC for new implementation and maintenance of backhauls.- Preparing Project plans, Network diagrams, proof-of-concept, Major Incident Analysis Report, Fault Analysis report, Uptime Report, Bandwidth Utilization Report etc.- Providing tech support to customer and on site engineer for identifying faults, remedies for CISCO networks and VSAT equipment- Imparting technical training/presentation to customer/engineer/PMGT on new projects and activities.- Collaborating with customers for asking downtime window for any scheduled downtime activity and providing post activity analysis report- Ensuring regular backup of network devices i.e. NMS, servers, routers, switch etc.- Accountable for Customer backhaul (Microwave, Fiber, leased line) interfacing, monitoring, load sharing and redundancy management for backhaul failure- Monitoring and capturing traffic through different software’s like MRTG, PRTG, Cacti, Network View, Syslog server, Wireshark for further analysis
