This led to a number of process changes to deliver consistent production and a Capital request for large changes to the line to allow accurate scaling. Leading program to develop improved final product attributes for a potato base product by leveraging skills and knowledge of the raw material suppliers. Unlocking process levers within the processing of the potato flaking process.  Led, as part of the placement student group, a marketing campaign to encourage Chemical Engineering student to consider the food industry as a career path.
